According to the NOCR’s plan as the reference organization of citizen’s identity, the current national identity cards will be replaced by National Smart Card.

In addition to the previous functions of the national card, the new cards as a key for move towards e-government and information society, provide the opportunities for people to securely enter into the digital space.

This project provides some important services to the citizens such as digital signature and authentication based on biometric identifiers. Mobina company is proud as one of the few Iranian contractors of this project, Designed and implemented datacenter for the pilot and global phase of the project. Also it supports IT services regarding to infrastructure afterwards.

Regarding to the extraordinary importance of the National Smart Card in the future as one of the most important e-government infrastructures, Its security is very consequential. Therefore, the most modern hybrid security solutions have been used in the project and it turns the project completely unique in the country.

Fuel Smart Card Project is known as one of the largest and most sensitive national ICT projects in recent years. The high sensitivity of this project comes from its critical mission in reduction of fuel consumption and Cutting off fuel smuggling and also intended time limit for the country.

As There was more than 2400 stations, 14000 fuel nozzles, 600 telecom centers, 9 Integration Centers, different communication’s infrastructures and the requirement for the issuance of 15 million fuel cards, So it is very important to implement a high efficient, high available and high secure Data center for the project.

Mobina Experts had proud to be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting of the data center and the fuel smart card’s pullers between the years 1384 to 1387, which it had successfully completed.

In This project modern data center technologies, such as database Clustering, applications clustering based on J2EE, SAN, Replication, Automated Backup to Tape and … , have been used.

NOCR is responsible for signing and registering major events and basic identity documents of the Iranian citizens as well as prepare and publish statistics and demographic trends in the country's human.

Due to the high volume of activities, the need for applying technology in the organization had been known for a long time ago, so the Mainframes had been used for automating organizational processes.

In 2005 as a result of changes in the technologies and emergence of new requirements, NOCR managers like many other managers around the world, attempted to replace Mainframes with new and modern data centers and provide new electronic services.

Since the beginning of this decision, Mobina Experts have provided a variety of services to the organization. Some of them are:

• Design, implement and testing pilot phase of data center (2005).

• Design and setup of Wide Area Network (2007).

• Design, implement and testing of the main data center- the whole Country (2007).

• Design, implement and testing of the backup data center- in Mashhad (2008).

• Design, implement and support of office automation services (2008 until 2012).

• Maintenance and support of the data center (2006 until 2012).

As one the main directorates of the National Iranian Oil Company, Exploration Directorate has the responsibility for the planning, organizing, managing and operating activities related to exploration of new oil and gas resources on the land and the sea.

So its Data center should be able to provide suitable infrastructure for the advanced exploration services and also provide required services to the organization’s office.

Mobina has served the organization by providing them support and maintenance services of the data center for three years. Also based on another contract, Mobina has redesigned NIOCEXP data center which caused to virtualizing servers and some important backup and security improvements.

Modernizing of Information Systems is one of the most important projects in IRIMO in recent years that was done by the famous French company "Corobor ". The project scope was in the field of shipping, collecting and analyzing of meteorological data.

Mobina was responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining of processing and storage infrastructure, backup and also management and monitoring of these systems.

Mobina has the responsibility for designing architecture of the Data center of the Ministry of cooperatives labor and social welfare. This Data center is related to the subsidy reform plan.

Karsazan Ayande Financial and Credit Institute With having more than 300 branches in all over of the country is known as one of the biggest Financial and Credit Institutes in IRAN. Mobina Co provided following services in the area of Datacenter to them:

• Setting up pilot datacenter

• Designing and supervision of the physical infrastructure of the main datacenter

• Designing and Setting up active infrastructure of the main datacenter

• Maintenance and supporting of both datacenters

In this important project, Either In setting up physical infrastructure and also active infrastructure, Mobina’s specialists utilized newest solutions.

Utilizing of advanced and hybrid solutions in the area of protecting data, security of bank network, management and monitoring caused to reach the highest level of security, reliability and performance in this data center.

Iran university of medical science consists of more than 19000 medical students which mean most number of students among other related institutes of the country. It also has 2020 member of science Committees, more than 2000 specialists and 69 research centers. This university is the oldest and most famous center of medical science in IRAN.

In 1389, The university decided to setting up a datacenter for responding to its growing needs and Mobina was responsible for designing and supervising of the physical infrastructure. The most modern solutions in the scope of electricity, cooling and protecting electromagnetics are used in this datacenter.

In 1389, ARIS Company as a holding group of active companies in different scope of information technology, decided to set up a big datacenter in Pardis, for responding to the needs of its companies. Among these groups we can name Arian Virtual Bank, Arian Satellite company and FANASA.
